Abstrakt

The main goal of this article is analysis of the legal solutions introduced by thePolish legislature to facilitate transfer of intellectual property between universitiesand the economy. It discusses the methods of R&D transfer stemming from theregulations of the Law on Higher Education after the amendment of 11 July 2014.New provisions came into force on 1 October 2014. The author attempts to seta model of the transfer of intellectual property created by the employees fromuniversity to the economy.
