Abstrakt

This article applies to selected issues related to the amendment of the Act of27 July 2005. Law on Higher Education in the organization and functioning ofintellectual property matters in Polish universities. It analyses the legal solutionsdesigned to cause an increase in the level of use in practice by entrepreneurs (andconsequently the country’s economy) of research results obtained by universities.Scientific reflection was the creator of the legal situation with the employees ofuniversities wishing to commercialize their intellectual property.
