Abstrakt
The text provides a short analysis concerning EU executive power and its foreign policy. The latter is treated here as a part of traditionally defined executive. Relations between both categories are illustrated by an example of the High Representative. This organ seems to bind both fields being an executive body operating in – very differentiated – area of EU external action. The text is not aiming at exhaustive analysis of the problems mentioned above. Rather it’s a set of reflections devoted only to selected issues.Bibliografia
